Giving Back Through Life Changing Experience
Giving Back Through Life Changing Experience

Our team values relationships and connections. We believe the best coaches come from those who have lived experience; having experienced themselves the stress and instability of incarceration, mental health, and have fought the battle of addiction. Clean Slates team members provide Peer Support & Case Management services, Life Skills & Employment workshops, and Drop In services to connect individuals to community resources, such as sober living, mental health services, addiction counseling and more.....all free of cost!

After rebuilding our own lives and learning to connect with compassionate persons along the way we wanted to pay it forward so we started a volunteer group at a shelter with 10 clients.....hoping to make a small difference and were blown away that in only 4 years we have served over 1000 individuals. Our ten person group is now 22 groups of 20 each.... and we hope that everyone we help continues to pay it forward until there is no individual left behind! We are honored to say or experience became a revolution, a lifestyle, and most importantly...a revolution. We cant stop here...we have so much work to do! Contact us now to see how you may get involved in lasting change in the lives of some truly amazing individuals on their own journey to restoration!

Clean Slates focuses on bridging the gap for the medically underserved, underprivileged, and unhoused populations seeking recovery from substance abuse, mental health challenges, or incarceration.
We ensure each individual we serve will be surrounded with support, tools, and resources to assist them in their journey towards goals of lifelong sobriety, health, fulfillment, and the rebuilding of relationships and dreams. Clean Slates has a team of coaches that meet clients at their home, sober living, shelter, correctional facility, over zoom, phone, or in our office. When we say we meet the client right where they are at, we mean it, literally. We believe that change is possible, and no one is too difficult and too far to reach. Our team of experts will assess a client’s needs and design a plan to achieve their individual goals regardless of any unique circumstances and barriers.

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.

Clean Slates is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, providing peer recovery support, clinical, residential, and related services to individuals affected by substance use and behavioral health conditions, and to their families and communities.
Clean Slates is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who oversee the organization's mission, finances, and operations.
Our Board meets regularly throughout the year, including an annual meeting to elect directors and officers and review organizational performance. Board decisions are made by majority vote, with a quorum of directors required to conduct business. Our full governance structure is set out in our Bylaws, available upon request.
Clean Slates maintains a formal Conflict of Interest Policy and Related-Party Transaction Policy to ensure that decisions are always made in the best interest of the organization and the people we serve — not the private interest of any individual.
Any board member, officer, or key employee with a personal or financial interest in a matter before the Board is required to disclose that interest, recuse themselves from deliberation and voting, and is not counted toward quorum on that matter. Related-party transactions, including compensation decisions, are reviewed and approved exclusively by disinterested board members, using comparable market data before any approval is granted.
Clean Slates is committed to responsible financial stewardship. Our IRS Form 990 and financial records are available upon request.
We take accountability seriously. If you have a good-faith concern about suspected fraud, financial impropriety, or a violation of our policies, please contact Tiann Stoyanoff, Vice Chair/Secretary, at 720-394-0797. Reports are handled consistent with our Whistleblower Policy, and retaliation against good-faith reporters is strictly prohibited.
